The Vancouver branch of the IIRF is directed by Prof Dr Janet Epp Buckingham and Prof Dr Paul Rowe. It is affiliated with the Religion in Canada Institute of Trinity Western University. It focuses on academic research on religious freedom in Canada and around the world.

Prof Dr Buckingham is the Executive Editor of the International Journal for Religious Freedom.
